Who we serve

Built for trade partners and subcontractors.

Bridgepoint Maintenance partners with licensed trade companies across Canada and the US on sub work, overflow dispatch, and trade partnerships. If you are a licensed plumber, electrician, HVAC company, or general trade and want overflow work from our dispatch board, we run a trade partnership program. Apply once. We feed work in your service area when our internal trucks are booked.

Overflow dispatch

Overflow work from our service area when internal trucks are at capacity. Same pricing model, same documentation requirements.

Specialty sub work

Specialty trades we do not staff internally. Elevator, fire suppression, specialty refrigeration, and other certified specialty work.

Geographic coverage extension

Trade partners in markets we are expanding into so we can hold same service quality while local dispatch scales.

License and insurance verification

Onboarding requires license verification, insurance review, and a sample work order audit. Standard for trade partners.

Trade partner billing

Net thirty payment on documented work orders. Standardized invoicing process across all trade partners.

Quality and documentation standards

Trade partners follow the Bridgepoint work order standard. Photo log, license number on file, closeout notes.

Why owners and managers call Bridgepoint

Trade partners get steady overflow work without having to run their own marketing. We get geographic coverage and specialty capability we cannot staff internally everywhere. The partnership is straightforward. Apply, verify, get added to the dispatch board, take overflow when it fits your truck schedule.

How dispatch works

From the first call to the closeout photo.

Every Bridgepoint work order moves through the same four-step flow. Documented at every step so property managers, owners, and accountants can audit any visit.

  1. 01

    Live dispatcher answers

A dispatcher captures the address, the issue, and the property type, then writes the work order against the right trade line.

  2. 02

    Licensed trade is routed

Trades and Subs routes to the nearest licensed trade. ETA is written to the work order and emailed before the truck rolls.

  3. 03

    Scoped and quoted on site

The tech walks the issue, photographs the condition, and quotes a flat rate before any tools come out. Approve in person or forward the quote to the property manager.

  4. 04

    Photo documented closeout

Photos, license number, and line-item invoice land in your inbox within seven days. Every job is audit ready if an insurance claim or property transfer follows.
