Bridgepoint Maintenance is growing its residential field service team and is looking for experienced Plumbers who can work independently, communicate professionally, and deliver quality workmanship on every service call.

Candidates whose background closely matches the role will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours inviting them to complete a pre-recorded online interview.
The interview allows us to better understand your plumbing experience, trade qualifications, diagnostic process, tools, transportation, availability, and ability to complete service calls independently before moving selected candidates to the next stage.
Typical Service Calls
Appointments may include:
Diagnosing plumbing problems and locating the source of leaks
Repairing toilets, faucets, sinks, shut-off valves, drains, and supply lines
Replacing plumbing fixtures and common household components
Completing dishwasher and laundry appliance water connections
Inspecting plumbing systems for additional concerns
Responding to active leaks and helping prevent further property damage
Testing completed repairs before closing the work order
Photographing completed work and documenting service notes
Updating appointments through our mobile work app
Travelling directly between scheduled service appointments
The Technician We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 5 years of paid plumbing experience
Can diagnose and complete plumbing service calls independently
Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understands how to protect homes from water damage while completing repairs
Knows when work falls outside their approved scope and should be escalated
Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team
You will also need:
Your own reliable vehicle
Your own plumbing tools, equipment, and common service supplies
A smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, taking photos, and submitting digital job updates
Basic English communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
Experience That Will Stand Out
Preference may be given to plumbers with experience in:
Residential plumbing service calls
Leak detection and repair
Fixture replacement
Drain and sewer service
Water heater installations and repairs
Renovation or rough-in plumbing
Preventative plumbing maintenance
Assignments are matched to each plumber’s verified qualifications, legal work authority, and approved scope of work.
